Traditional clothing photoshoot – Enada Hoxha
Obviously, what we wear has meaning. Our traditional clothing indicates who we are. Firstly, traditional clothes preserve the values, culture, and history of a country. Traditional clothing shows the identity of the nation and they also reflect where we come from, our heritage. They also remind us and other people of the way we used to live, our history, tradition, culture, and values. Wearing traditional clothes to celebrate special events for your country is really patriotic and so important. And this is the reason why we did this photoshoot. Traditional clothing photoshoot to celebrate Albania’s Independence Day.
Certainly, this was an unforgettable experience for me as a photographer. Capturing a famous Albanian ballerina wearing traditional clothes, the famous principal dancer Enada Hoxha was so inspiring and meaningful. Obviously, we traveled to a wonderful location in Albania with a picturesque view. We captured some meaningful photos to teach our kids, the next generation about the values of art and also the folk heritage. A unique concept to show that we are a family and together we are strong. Art and culture are essential for a country and for its people. Combining art, history, tradition, values, culture in these photos was truly memorable.
