What is editorial photography?

Editorial photos should illustrate an idea, a story, article, text, etc. Taking editorial photos means that the photos will be published. Obviously, taking this kind of photos means that you are telling a story. As a result, the photographer is capturing the other person’s true self. As well it is important to show and capture all the details carefully, the hairstyle, clothes, makeup and certainly the location. For that reason, working with editorial photography requires a lot of work from the photographer. In other words, they have to bring creative and unique concepts and ideas.

Through this editorial photography, we created and took some unique photos. As you now know I have worked with Roza Lati a couple of times because every time we work together we bring some cool ideas and capture creative shots. A strong and independent woman like her inspires me for different styles of photography. I wanted Roza Lati in this photoshoot for the simple reason that she is very different. She is not the classic model. Roza Lati has her own ideas and helps me a lot through the photoshoot. She is really unique, charming and cool. This editorial photoshoot perfectly matched with Roza’s attitude and personality. An adventurous person like Roza accepted to take photos at the beach on a cold winter day.
